Your OS revenue misses a key point, over 65% of that revenue is *from tax payers* (PSMA, one Scotland, open data etc.) or obligated purchases (housing associations, infrastructure/roadworks, utilities). Truly commercial revenue from Master Map is commericially sensitive… but I believe the OSMM commerical user group that take national coverage could meet in a couple of ubers :-(
